Recent studies conducted at a Baltimore university show that people who laugh a lot during the day are less likely to have a heart attack. Additionally, they concluded that people with heart disease are 40% less likely to laugh in a variety of situations compared to people without heart disease. So, laugh and laugh and laugh some more to keep your heart in shape.

Laughing is also considered the best exercise that massages all the organs of our body. It is the best exercise for the brain because it supplies oxygen to your brain and relieves it of stress. Laughter reduces the level of stress hormones that strengthen the immune system. The laughter exercise is especially good for those who have a busy schedule and do not have time to go to the gyms. They can do laughter exercise at any time and in any place of the day. Laughter also helps us to be more productive, confident and communicative.
